President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the approval of the sample certificate issued to persons receiving diplomatic rank.
“Elchi” reports that, according to the document, the sample certificate issued to diplomatic service employees who receive the diplomatic ranks of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, First-Class Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Second-Class Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary has been approved.
