Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with Francisco Gamboa, the First Vice-President of the Republic of Costa Rica, who is on a visit to our country.

During the meeting, the importance of F. Gamboa’s participation in the 13th Global Baku Forum was emphasized.
Against the backdrop of increasing global tensions and complex geopolitical processes, it was stated that the Forum plays an important role as a platform for promoting dialogue, strengthening mutual trust, and expanding cooperation.
At the meeting, the prospects for the development of Azerbaijan-Costa Rica relations in economic, investment, green energy, humanitarian, and other fields were discussed.
UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Secretary-General Rebeca Grynspan attended the meeting.
