Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev received residents in Lachin district.
The ministry informed “Elchi” about this.
Before the reception, Anar Aliyev and Masim Mammadov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin district, visited the bust of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers in front of it.
During the reception, citizens appealed regarding employment, social security, disability, and other issues. Among the applicants were members of martyrs’ families and war participants. Each appeal was individually investigated, and appropriate measures were taken according to its outcome.
Explanations in accordance with legislation were provided for inquiry-type appeals. Citizens were registered for involvement in active employment programs, as well as the self-employment program, based on their appeals.
Minister Anar Aliyev and Masim Mammadov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin district, also inspected small farms established for district residents Alyarova Elnura Asif qizi and Rustamova Gunay Panah qizi within the framework of the self-employment program.
Under the program, small family businesses were established for Elnura Alyarova for polygraphy services, and for Gunay Rustamova for the production of flour products.
Both program participants shared their feelings of joy and pride for returning to their native lands and establishing their small family businesses there, expressing their gratitude to President Mr. Ilham Aliyev for the great attention and care shown.
It should be noted that assets in the form of goods and materials have already been provided to 759 residents relocated to Karabakh and East Zangazur, including 85 residents relocated to Lachin, within the self-employment program, thereby creating small family farms for them.
