Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations, Kamaladdin Heydarov, will receive citizens in Gabala city.

According to the information, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov will hold a reception for residents of Gabala, Oghuz, Ismayilli, and Aghdash districts on March 13, 2026, starting from 10:00 AM, in Gabala city, at the building of the Ministry’s North-West Regional Center.
“Registration of citizens arriving for the reception will begin on March 12, 2026, at 09:00 AM, at the building of the Ministry’s North-West Regional Center.
Only applications related to the competencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be considered during the reception.
Citizens attending the reception must present an identity document.
