Uzbekistan-born Iqbol Soliyev, who allegedly performed “hand energy” treatment in one of the private aesthetic clinics in Baku, has been detained by police officers.
According to “Elchi”, an investigation is being conducted by law enforcement agencies regarding him.
The Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) confirmed the information to “Report”.
It should be noted that images/videos have been circulated on social networks showing numerous people applying for his reception and long queues forming in front of the clinic.
