A meeting on fire safety was held on the initiative of the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and with the organization of the Barda District Executive Power.
“Elchi” reports that the leadership and responsible employees of the Karabakh Regional Fire Control Department of the State Fire Control Service and the Barda District Executive Power, as well as officials from relevant departments, enterprises, and organizations operating in the district, participated in the meeting.
At the event, the work carried out in the field of fire control in the district during 2025 and the results of fire-technical inspections were discussed. The fire safety status of various types of facilities, existing problems, and their solutions were addressed, and directions for mutual cooperation towards eliminating deficiencies were mentioned.
At the meeting, information was provided about the joint action plan prepared regarding fire safety. The importance of coordinated activities of relevant bodies to increase the effectiveness of preventive fire measures, and at the same time, the significance of holding such events were emphasized.
In connection with the upcoming spring-summer season, it was also specifically noted that entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture, farmers, villagers living around forests, and citizens engaged in animal husbandry and farming must handle fire cautiously and strictly adhere to fire safety rules to prevent fire incidents in forest and green areas.
