The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President is conducting an investigation regarding the potential violation of competition legislation in the activities of the Azerbaijan State Agency of Automobile Roads.
“Elchi” reports that the State Antimonopoly Agency announced this.
According to the information, the investigation was initiated on the competition authority’s own initiative.
The subject of the investigation is related to whether the requirements of Article 39.7 of the Competition Code have been fulfilled. According to that article, entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity must submit their financial reports on the results of their activities to the competition authority in the prescribed manner and on time.
