A change has been made to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 18, 2011, “On improving the rules for the use of vehicles in state budget-funded departments, enterprises, and organizations in the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision on this matter.
According to the decision, a new addition has been made to the table of limits for official passenger cars for the apparatuses of central executive and judicial bodies (excluding military institutions, state security, foreign intelligence services, law enforcement and prosecutor’s offices, district (city) courts), local divisions of central executive bodies, bodies under their jurisdiction and subordination, and the apparatuses of state agencies and state services established under central executive bodies and their local divisions.
Specifically, the State Enterprise Monitoring Agency under the Ministry of Finance has been added to the list, and the limit has been set at 4 units.
