New statutes will be prepared for the Media Development Agency (MEDİA) and the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed an Order on ensuring the execution of the President’s Decree No. 601 dated February 20, 2026, on the reorganization of the public legal entities “Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and “Center for Analysis of International Relations.”
The document states that the Media Development Agency, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Audiovisual Council, and other relevant state bodies (public legal entities) to be identified during the implementation process, must submit its proposals regarding the draft of the agency’s new statute to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.
Also, the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, and other relevant state bodies (public legal entities) to be identified during the implementation process, must submit its proposals regarding the draft of the center’s new statute to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month.
