Israeli authorities seek a change of power in Iran and do not want the country to be completely destroyed.
“Elchi” reports that the British newspaper “Financial Times” (FT) wrote about this, citing an informed source regarding Israel’s operation.
According to the publication’s source, Israel’s goal remains unchanged: “not to completely destroy Iran, but to ensure regime change”.
On February 28, the US and Israel launched a military operation against Iran. Major Iranian cities, including Tehran, were hit. The White House justified the attack with alleged missile and nuclear threats originating from Tehran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced a large-scale retaliatory operation, attacking targets in Israel. US targets in Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia were also hit. The strikes on Iran killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several key figures of the Islamic Republic’s leadership.
