Today, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding was held.
Information regarding this was provided to “Elchi” from the Cabinet of Ministers.
It was reported that the agenda of the meeting, chaired by Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the AIH Supervisory Board, included a detailed discussion of the Performance Report for the year 2025 of the Portfolio Companies under the management of the Holding, key performance indicators and financial results, including total revenue and EBITDA indicators, an overview of the development prospects of “Azerpambiq Agrarian Industrial Complex” LLC, the application of new regulatory legal acts adopted in connection with the organization of efficient management of public finance to AIH’s portfolio companies, and other current issues.
A comprehensive presentation by Ruslan Alikhanov, Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding, was heard on the issues on the agenda. Regarding the issues presented at the meeting, members of the AIH Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the AIH Management Board, and Majnun Mammadov, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who was invited to the meeting, delivered speeches.
At the end of the meeting, decisions were made on the discussed issues, taking into account the opinions and proposals of the members of the AIH Supervisory Board, and relevant instructions were given to the Holding’s Management Board.
