France will send two frigates to the Red Sea as part of the European Union’s “Aspides” naval mission.
“Elchi” reports that French President Emmanuel Macron stated this.
“We are in the process of establishing a purely defensive and escort mission. This mission must be prepared in conjunction with both European and non-European states,” he noted.
