Information about the disappearance of the Indian fighter jet was released yesterday. The aircraft took off from Jorhat, Assam state. The crew last made contact at 19:42 local time. A search and rescue operation was launched in connection with the disappearance of the fighter jet. Official information regarding the possible cause of the Su-30MKI’s disappearance has not yet been released.
