“Paid paternity leave for a period of 14 calendar days has already been granted to up to 100 employees by 81 employers in connection with the birth of their child.”
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
It was noted that this leave covers the periods before and after the child’s birth.
The order regarding the granting of paid paternity leave to the employee is formed electronically by the employer in the “Labor and Employment” subsystem (ƏMAS) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
For this purpose, new functionality was implemented in ƏMAS in January of the current year.
