In accordance with the instructions of Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the prosecutor’s offices constantly focus on receiving citizens and take appropriate measures to hear and resolve their applications and complaints on the spot.
“Elchi” reports that on March 4, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev received citizens from Kurdamir, Ujar, Agdash, Goychay, Zardab, and Agjabadi districts in the administrative building of the Kurdamir District Prosecutor’s Office.
Before the reception, the Prosecutor General visited the monument erected in the center of the district to the National Leader of our people, Heydar Aliyev, and respectfully commemorated his dear memory.
In response to the appeals of 21 citizens participating in the reception, relevant instructions were given for the prompt resolution of issues concerning the investigation of specific criminal cases, legal violations committed during the investigation of information about crimes, and the defense of state prosecution in criminal cases heard in court, either directly in the prosecutor’s office or in the relevant executive bodies.
After the reception, Kamran Aliyev met with the prosecutor’s office employees, gave them specific instructions, and emphasized that subordinate prosecutors bear individual responsibility for the objective consideration of citizens’ appeals and the proper organization of the reception process.
