President granted them special scholarships

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on granting special scholarships to young talents.
“Elchi” presents the text of the decree:
Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in accordance with paragraph 1.4 of the “Regulations on the “Golden Book” and Special Scholarship for Young Talents” approved by Decree No. 2368 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 30, 2023, I decide:
1. For the purpose of granting special scholarships to young talents whose names are inscribed in the “Golden Book”, 61847 (sixty-one thousand eight hundred forty-seven) manats shall be allocated from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided for in the 2026 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure the financing stipulated in part 1 of this Decree.
3. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Decree.
4. This Decree comes into force on the day of its signing.
