By the Order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Farid Talatdin oglu Baghirzade has been appointed Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Nakhchivan AR.
“Elchi” reports that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has released information regarding this.
It was reported that Farid Baghirzade was born in 1994. In 2016, he completed his bachelor’s degree in information technologies at Baku State University, and in 2021, his master’s degree in information systems in management at Sumgait State University.
From 2016-2018, he worked in the private sector, and from 2019-2023, he held various positions at the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2023-2024, he served as the Head of Apparatus of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Nakhchivan AR, and until his current position, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Nakhchivan AR, also temporarily performing the duties of the minister.
