The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a large-scale strike on Iran’s large military complex located in the eastern part of Tehran, which housed several command centers and internal security units.
According to “Elchi”, the army’s press service issued a statement regarding this.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, the complex housed the headquarters of Iran’s main power structures, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Intelligence Directorate, “Basij”, “Quds Force”, internal security units, and cyber troops. Furthermore, a unit responsible for suppressing internal protests and controlling the population operated there.
According to the report, the operation was carried out using precise intelligence from Israel and aimed at further weakening Iran’s military potential.
