Due to the situation in the Middle East, the safe evacuation of citizens whose flights have been cancelled is being carried out by Azerbaijan from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Baku.
“Elchi” reports that AZAL’s “Boeing 787 Dreamliner” aircraft is expected to land at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in the coming hours.
A total of 209 citizens are ensured to return to the country via the evacuation flight.
Currently, AZAL, as the country’s national air carrier, is carrying out the safe and planned execution of flights in accordance with the procedures determined by relevant authorities.
It should be noted that evacuation flights to Baku from other directions in the Middle East are planned for the coming days.
