Information was received by the “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations about a road traffic accident on the section of the Baku-Guba highway passing through Hacı Zeynalabdin settlement and a citizen being trapped in the car.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations to “Elchi”, rescuers from the Sumgait Regional Center of the MES were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Upon assessing the operational situation at the scene, it was determined that a road accident occurred as a result of a “Man” brand truck colliding with a “Howa” brand truck, and the citizen in the “Man” brand truck sustained various degrees of bodily injuries, remaining trapped in the deformed vehicle.
Rescuers, with the help of special rescue tools, rescued the citizen, Abbasov Babek Shukyur oglu, born in 1977, and handed him over to the emergency medical aid brigade.
An investigation is being conducted by relevant agencies in connection with the incident.
