The “Aten Nova” refueling tanker, belonging to US allies, caught fire in the Strait of Hormuz after an attack by two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
“Elchi” reports that this information was published on the “Telegram” channel of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (SEPAH).
It was noted that within the 12th phase of the “True Promise-4” operation, other US facilities in Bahrain were also hit. During the attack, 6 UAVs were used. US army’s stationary and mobile targets in Kuwait, UAE, and the Strait of Hormuz were hit with 26 UAVs and 5 ballistic missiles.
“During the operations, the US base named “Arifjan” in Kuwait was hit with 12 UAVs in two phases. The command and control center of the US Armed Forces at the “Minhad” base in the UAE was attacked with 6 drones and 5 ballistic missiles,” the information stated.
