8 people lost their lives during incidents that occurred in Azerbaijan last week.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated in the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ (MES) report on last week’s chronicle.
It was reported that, based on calls received by the MES “112” hotline, the relevant agencies of the ministry carried out emergency rescue operations last week for 239 fire responses, 38 cases of being in a helpless situation, 3 road accidents, 1 attempted suicide, and 1 explosion incident.
As a result of the urgent and immediate measures taken, the prompt extinguishing of fires and the saving of human lives were ensured.
Overall, during last week, the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued 46 people, including 10 minors; 3 people were injured, 1 person suffered from smoke inhalation, and 8 people lost their lives during the incidents.
