The Intelligent Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has appealed to moped and motorcycle drivers.
“Elchi” reports, citing ITMC, that the appeal states that most of the accidents recorded involving two-wheeled vehicles result in death or injury: “Every motorcycle and moped driver should know this and take this matter seriously.
Accidents recorded by surveillance cameras occurred due to high speed, driving against the traffic flow, running red lights, performing dangerous maneuvers, and violating road sign requirements. What’s even more dangerous is that these drivers, as if proud of their actions, record the violations they commit, share them on social networks, and set a negative example for other road users. With such actions, they themselves become victims of accidents and create a real danger for the lives of other road users.
The Intelligent Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs recommends to drivers of motorcycles, mopeds, and other two-wheeled vehicles that they should be a positive example for society not through violations, but by properly adhering to traffic and safety rules.
