From February 16 to 28, the Ministry of Science and Education, as well as its institutions, received 19,006 citizen appeals.
Information regarding this was provided to “Elchi” by the ministry. It was reported that 2,473 of the appeals were electronic, 1,171 were in written form, and 12,442 were directed via call centers. Additionally, 2,920 appeals were recorded during citizen receptions.
It was noted that the appeals were related to olympiads and competitions, “Digital School”, student transfers, electronic applications for education student loans, and other issues.
