Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has temporarily advised its citizens to refrain from traveling to Iran due to the ongoing tensions around the country.
“Elchi” reports that the agency has published a statement regarding this on social networks.
The information notes that Kazakh citizens should refrain from traveling to Iran until the situation stabilizes.
Citizens currently in Iran are advised to leave the country if possible, adhere to high security measures, remain vigilant, follow the news, and strictly comply with the instructions of local authorities.
Furthermore, considering the current situation and the risk of its sharp escalation, Kazakhstan’s MFA has called for a cautious approach to planning trips to Middle Eastern countries.
