At the talks in Geneva, Russia and Ukraine have “almost agreed” on how the ceasefire will be monitored, if there is political will.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
He noted that the negotiations were conducted in two directions – military and political. Zelensky stressed that “all three parties were constructive in the military direction.”
“Detailed information will be provided after my team returns. But what I have heard so far is this: basically, the military understands how to monitor the ceasefire and the cessation of the war, if there is political will. They have almost agreed on everything. The American side will definitely participate in the monitoring. I consider this a constructive signal,” Zelensky said.
