Those who smoke e-cigarettes in prohibited places, streets and other public places will be fined.
According to “Elchi”, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which will be discussed at today’s meeting of the Parliament’s Committee on Legal Policy and State Building.
According to the project, from April 1, a fine of 30 manats will be applied for the use of electronic cigarettes in prohibited places, streets and other public places.
It should be noted that, according to the amendment to the Law “On Tobacco and Tobacco Products”, from April 1, the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale and use of electronic cigarettes and their components are prohibited.
