In January of this year, Azerbaijan exported 197,053.85 tons of crude oil to Romania.
According to “Elchi”‘s report referring to the State Customs Committee, the value of this amount of product amounted to 93 million 673.99 thousand US dollars.
The volume of exported products is 6.8% more than in January 2025, and the value is 10.6% less.
The share of Azerbaijani crude oil exported to Romania in total oil exports was 7.45%.
It should be noted that in January of this year, according to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 2 million 642 thousand 930.94 tons of crude oil and oil products derived from bituminous rocks, worth 1 billion 238 million 082.05 thousand US dollars.
In the reporting month, Azerbaijan carried out trade operations with foreign countries worth 3 billion 538 million US dollars. 2 billion 236 million US dollars of foreign trade turnover fell to exports, and 1 billion 302 million US dollars to imports.
