The use of sediments (sand, gravel, clay) collected in reservoirs or water bodies, as well as rocks extracted from the subsoil in connection with the construction of tunnels or passages, is included in the list of types of subsoil use.
According to another proposed amendment, the right of subsoil users to use production waste related to mining operations will be granted in accordance with the procedure determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.
