According to the information provided to “Elchi” from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Hunar Guliyev, Sonmaz Suleymanov, and Farid Aliyev, previously convicted and suspected of illegal drug trafficking, were detained during an operation carried out by employees of the Gobustan District Police Department. 4 kilograms of marijuana and opium were found on them.
It was revealed by investigations that the detainees obtained the drugs from an Iranian citizen for the purpose of sale through H.Guliyev.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and by the decision of the court, a preventive measure of detention has been chosen for all three persons.
