Norway is in the first place in the medal standings of the XXV Winter Olympic Games held in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
According to “Elchi”, the country has won 20 awards (10 gold, 3 silver, 7 bronze) at the Olympics so far.
Italy (6 gold, 3 silver, 9 bronze) is second, and the USA (5 gold, 8 silver, 4 bronze) is third.
Competitions in several sports will also take place today. Azerbaijani alpine skier Anastasia Papatoma will test her strength in the slalom event on February 18. The competitions will be held in Cortina d’Ampezzo, a famous ski resort in Italy.
Earlier, Azerbaijani figure skater Vladimir Litvintsev took the last place in the short program with 63.63 points in the competition of 29 athletes and stopped the fight.
It should be noted that the XXV Winter Olympic Games will end on February 22.
