“Elchi” reports that this was noted in the service’s report.
It was noted that the amount of precipitation was recorded up to 7 mm in Shahbuz, 6 in Sharur, 4 in Ordubad and Sadarak, 2 in Astara and Nakhchivan, and 1 mm in Julfa, Yardimli, Lankaran, and Dashkasan.
The west wind blew, the maximum wind speed increased to 27 in Kalbajar, 25 in Shahdag, 21 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 20 in Julfa and Dashkasan, 19 in Goranboy, 18 in Mingachevir, Naftalan, and Shamakhi, 17 in Lerik, 16 in Gobustan, Altiaghaj, and Yardimli, and 15 m/s in Shaki.
