During 2025, 91,197 applications addressed by citizens to the Apparatus of the Ministry of Justice were reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” from the Ministry, 37,133 of the applications were received by mail, and 39,241 were received electronically.
14,823 applications received through the “881” Call Center, as well as the Ministry’s social network accounts, were registered and reviewed in accordance with the legislation.
At the same time, out of 109,828 calls received by the Call Center last year, 101,139 were answered promptly, and relevant explanations and advice were given to citizens. Also, 14,360 applications requiring investigation were reviewed and answered by the relevant structural units of the Ministry. Feedback was established with the lost 8,689 calls through the “call back” service.
During the reporting period, the reception of citizens was also in the focus of attention. Thus, a total of 20,632 citizens were received.
During the past year, 3,498 citizens were received by the Ministry’s management, and 17,134 citizens were received by other officials. 481 of them were admitted through video receptions organized since June of last year.
