Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a telephone conversation with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.
“Elchi” reports that the Turkish Presidential Administration announced this on its “X” account.
The leaders discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Iraq, as well as regional and global issues.
Erdoğan stated that Turkey and Iraq will develop relations in various fields. He noted that increasing cooperation on the issue of combating terrorism is in the interest of both countries.
