The Romanian Ministry of Education and Research has announced a scholarship program for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the 2026–2027 academic year.
“Elchi” reports that this was announced by the State Agency for Science and Higher Education.
It was reported that the program is implemented on the basis of the agreement on cooperation in the field of education between the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed on October 11, 2004.
Within the framework of the program, citizens of both countries have the opportunity to study at the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral levels in higher education institutions of the other party on the principle of student exchange.
The deadline for applying for the scholarship program is March 16, 2026.
