A yellow warning has been issued regarding the windy weather conditions expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions on February 13.
Elchi.az reports that the National Hydrometeorology Service has released information about this.
The southwest wind will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Khizi, Gobustan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Kalbajar, Lachin, Zangilan, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Shabran, Siyazan, and the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s. This corresponds to a yellow warning.
