Elchi.az reports that this was stated by Delsi Rodriguez, the representative of the President of the Bolivarian Republic.
“President Nicolas Maduro is the legitimate leader. I am telling you this as a lawyer. Both President Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores are innocent,” she said in an interview with NBC News.
