NATO Learns from Ukraine’s Experience in Battlefield Innovation and Technology

Russia cannot win on the battlefield in Ukraine, so it attacks civilians and infrastructure.

According to Elchi.az, this was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, in Brussels before the informal meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council.

“Russia is attacking our civilian infrastructure, heating and power plants. Today, Russia attacked Ukraine again, launching at least 24 ballistic missiles. But we continue to fight,” he said.

M.Fedorov also thanked the Secretary General of the Alliance, Mark Rutte, and all partners for their support.

The Minister confirmed Rutte’s words that Russia, which has achieved minor results at the front, is suffering heavy losses in manpower: “In December, we destroyed 35,000 enemy soldiers, and in January, 30,000.”

According to the Secretary General of the Alliance, during his first meeting with the new minister in Kyiv last week, he promised that NATO would provide support in matters of training and weapons supply.

In addition, Rutte noted at the meeting that the alliance will draw the necessary conclusions from Ukraine’s experience in the application of innovations and the use of advanced technologies in combat and defense.
