Elchi.az reports that the US Vice President James David Vance, who completed his visit to Azerbaijan, told journalists at the airport.
He noted that he discussed a number of important issues with the President of Azerbaijan.
Vance noted that thanks to the leadership of US President Donald Trump, there will be peace and trade in the South Caucasus instead of war.
The US Vice President called his visit to Azerbaijan magnificent and thanked President Ilham Aliyev for this.
Vance, who called the President of Azerbaijan an influential world leader, stressed that he discussed regional and global issues, as well as the fight against terrorism, with the head of state.
“So, it was a great trip,” Vance added.
