The “Online Azerbaijan” project has been successfully completed.
Elchi.az reports that these words were said by the Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev at a meeting dedicated to the unified action plan “Azerbaijan’s new digital architecture”.
“When the project started, the average internet speed in the country was about 12 megabits per second, today it is 90 megabits per second. In state-owned companies, this figure is 150 megabits per second. By the end of the year, we plan to increase this figure to 200 megabits per second, and today there is no remote point in Azerbaijan where broadband internet is not provided,” he said.
