According to the Shirvan regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ press service, Elchi.az was informed that as a result of the operation carried out by the employees of the Imishli District Police Department, Elvin Mustafayev and his acquaintance N.Isaxanova, suspected of organizing the illegal circulation of drugs, were detained.
15 kilograms of narcotic drugs, opium and marijuana were found on them. E.Mustafayev and N.Isxanova stated that they were involved in drug trafficking by an Iranian citizen whose identity is being investigated by the investigation, whom they met on social networks.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and a detention measure has been chosen against the detained persons.
