The opening of the photo exhibition “European Squares” was held in Baku within the framework of the FantazEU Cultural Heritage Festival.
Elchi.az reports that the event was attended by the European Union Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mariana Kyuyundzhieva, and the ambassadors of EU countries.
Mariana Kyuyundzhieva stated that the purpose of the exhibition is to build cultural bridges between Europe and Azerbaijan, to promote the squares of a number of cities that are cultural symbols of Europe, and to contribute to the development of cultural relations between the two countries.
After the Ambassador’s speech, the exhibition participants got acquainted with the photos of European squares and were informed about their history.
