A child’s image can be used in advertising with parental consent.
According to Elchi.az, this is reflected in the amendment to the Law “On Advertising” which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.
According to the project, materials featuring a child’s image in advertising can only be used with the consent of his/her parents (or persons replacing them).
The project was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
