Assistant to the President – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev met with Mehmet Samsar, Head of the Department of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan.
