The period of suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan has been extended.
According to Elchi.az, this is reflected in the amendment to the Law “On suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the amendment, the period of suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan has been extended until January 1, 2027.
Previously, this period was set until January 1, 2026.
It should be noted that inspections have been suspended since November 1, 2015 in order to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
