“Agreement on cooperation in the field of healthcare and medical science between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia” has been approved.
Elchi.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree in this regard.
The agreement was signed on December 4, 2025, in Riga.
The Ministry of Health was instructed to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Decree, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to notify the Government of the Republic of Latvia that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
