Additional conditions have been determined for the sale, import, and export of weapons.
According to Elchi.az, the Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “Additional Conditions Required for the Circulation of Items Restricted in Civil Circulation Depending on the Nature of Activities” in this regard.
According to the decision, the additional conditions required for the circulation (in relation to the sale, import, and export) of military equipment, military weapons, and ammunition for combat purposes are as follows:
– for sale (excluding imported military equipment, military weapons, and ammunition for combat purposes):
– establishment of the production process in accordance with the technological documents of the product;
– compliance of technological and design documents with the requirements of normative legal acts and standards;
– compliance of technical conditions with the requirements of normative legal acts and standards;
– information on the name and description of the stages of the production process carried out by the applicant.
