Elchi.az reports that US President Donald Trump answered journalists’ questions on the presidential plane about the talks with Iran in Oman.
Trump said that the talks went very well and that Iran wants to reach an agreement. Trump said: “The results may surprise people. If Iran had offered what they offered at our first meeting today, it would have been accepted immediately.”
Noting that Iran will not be able to acquire nuclear weapons, Trump also announced that they will meet with the Iranian side again next week.
