Elchi.az reports that these words were said to APA in a statement by Gulshad Mammadova, Director of the Forecasts Bureau of the National Hydrometeorology Service.
“Yesterday, the country experienced precipitation and windy weather conditions. However, no harsh weather conditions, including snow and blizzards, are forecast in the coming days,” – Gulshad Mammadova noted.
