Preventive measures are being continued by the employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Nasimi District Police Department to ensure traffic safety.

According to the information, during the last event, the driver Jeyhun Gurbanov, who was driving a “Chevrolet” vehicle in the district, was detained for disturbing public order, endangering the lives of other road users, and disobeying the legal demands of the police.
Since the driver’s actions raised suspicions during the inspection, he was ensured to undergo a medical examination.
During the examination, it was determined that J. Gurbanov was under the influence of drugs.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver and sent to the court for a decision.
By the decision of the court, J. Gurbanov was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 20 days, with restriction of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 year.
